If you are taking an online study, your ANGEL courses are now updated and you have access to them for “Preview Week.” Be sure to log into ANGEL and review the entire course to ensure that you understand what is expected of you and that you have all the necessary materials. If you haven’t taken an online study before or if you have an independent, group or residency study that has an online ANGEL component, you might want to get some assistance in familiarizing yourself with navigating in ANGEL.
The staff of the NEC Office of Academic Support will be holding face-to-face and virtual drop-in hours on Your Online Courses – Enhancing How You Learn in the ANGEL Environment. These drop-in hours are designed for students new to the online learning environment or those students who want assistance learning how to navigate in a specific online course. Offered during the PREVIEW WEEK for each term, they will meet with students individually in the computer labs in Latham & 111 West in Saratoga and virtually in the electronic classroom http://bit.ly/NECworkshops. These drop-in hours are designed to assist you with becoming familiar with your online classes and to help you develop a study plan for the term.
Drop-in Hours for the September term are:
- Wednesday, September 5th from 4-7pm
- Friday, September 7th from 9:30am-12:30pm
