Content Area Tutoring is available free of charge to all current ESC students via Smarthinking, an online tutoring service.

Smarthinking is an online tutoring service that is available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They offer tutoring in the following subject areas:

• Math (from basics to calculus) and Statistics
• Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• Accounting, Economics, and Finance
• Writing, Spanish, and Spanish Writing

You may interact online with Smarthinking's tutors in four ways: by dropping in for a live session, scheduling a live session in advance, submitting a writing assignment to the writing lab, or submitting a question.

To access Smarthinking

• Click on www.esc.edu/smarthinking
• Enter your MyESC username and password
• Follow directions on page
• If you already established a Smarthinking account, go to www.smarthinking.com and log in with the account username and password you created.
